An agreement is generated to address Advanced Research & Project or Program Development Services. This option is an advanced option available for those program or projects which the client has indicated a need to develop or expand or wind down operations. These projects will be based on organizational investments necessary for project continuation or operational improvements to benefit the organizations short term and long term horizons. Other expenses for development will be addressed in the contract negotiations process beyond the one page. The base rate as indicated here is the base hourly rate for the contract and legal processes to establish different contract types and/or contracts of this nature. Our specialized research and consultation services are designed to benefit organizations addressing complex multifaceted issues in the near or long term.
